2007 Season
Team 1731, Fresta Valley Robotics continued their success in the 2007 FIRST robotics season with the robot, the Challenger. The team doubled in size from their rookie year.
The team competed again at the NASA VCU Richmond, Virginia regional where they made it to the semi-finals before being eliminated. They also won the Rockwell Automation Innovation in Control Award for the control arm (shown in the videos below). The team went on to compete at the FIRST Championship event in Atlanta, Georgia where they placed in the Archimedes Division.
